I've bought these from Libby several times now and she never fails. They are beautiful and always received with delight, and Libby always takes note of the colour request etc. This time, we had extra communications with regard to the positioning of the '50' as the name was really short. Libby was fantastic, took into account what I was saying but suggested an alternative that worked much better.
Excellent in every way and will give my son and future daughter in law wedding along with the entire wedding entourage a perfect keep sake.
I would say it is one of the best buy so far. I bought it for 21st present she was over the moon with it, great price.
I brought another one of these charms as I wanted one for my Wedding this August. I ask Libby if she could make on with my name LAURA, two purple beads, two stars and a Bride charm. As always she was quick to respond and accommodating. Pretty much two days later I have received my gorgeous charm which I can use for my wedding day! I will be purchasing additional ones for my Hen Do. Thank you! X

I contacted Libby's to ask if she could change the colour of the beads to match the bride and groom ones already purchased - her response was immediate and she was happy to do this for me. The service I have received has been faultless and the product is 100% as described the charms are beautiful and will make a unique accessory at the wedding. FANTASTIC PRODUCT EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!
